Billy O'Dwyer FCCA Ctax AFM
Director - Accountant – Certified Tax Advisor - Financial Modeller
Billy is a Chartered Certified Accountant, Certified Tax Advisor and Advanced Financial Modeller. Billy started his career with Honeywell International Technologies where he first qualified as an accountant and held number of different finance positions within the company. His ambition was always to set up his own practice, so he left Honeywell for a positions in private practice to gain the valuable experience needed to both acquire a recognised practising certificate and run a successful practice.
Having run his own practice for a number of years, Billy went on to co-found O’Dwyer Power in 2018. Billy was a valued member of the practitioner’s panel with ACCA whilst advancing his studies in Financial Modelling and completing the Certified Tax Advisor exams, achieving the highest mark in Ireland in his CPA exams.
Streamlining accounting work has always been a focus of Billy’s and his use of technologies to this end serves to greatly benefit clients by providing the most accurate and up to date information in order to for them to make the best decisions for their business.

Rachel Power CIPPE/CIPM BA
Director – Data Protection Advisor - AML Compliance Advisor
Rachel holds an Advanced Diploma in Data Protection Law from The Honorable Society of King’s Inns and is both a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Her Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering with City Colleges was awarded with distinction and the honorary Gold Medal for her exemplary work.
Rachel’s managerial background in finance and IT within the industry and education sectors together with her proficiency in the field of GDPR and AML aligns well with her advisory compliance and outsourced DPO roles for organisations and financial institutions. In recent years she has been working predominantly in the credit union sector in a consultancy capacity and as an outsourced DPO.
Recently Rachel has been appointed to the Associate Faculty with Professional Accounting Training (PAT). She has lectured in their Professional Certificate and in their Diploma in Fintech Risk & Compliance in relation to Data Protection and Consumer Protection.
